Terms and Conditions

1. Currently we will not purchase any Chinese manufactured hot tubs, hot tub s that are over 8 years old, we currently do not cover north England or the far south west due to staff redundancies.
2. All quotes are based upon the information supplied by you the seller. Sell Your Tub under no circumstances will honour the quote offered if the information is supplied is deemed to be false, after inspection Sell Your Hot Tub would either offer a value / reject the offer, if the product or access is something other than what information has been supplied. We will always point out any issues, defects or breakages upon inspection.
3. Sell your hot tub will only be able to offer money for hot tubs if they are deemed in a removable and saleable condition. We refuse the right to make any offer if deemed un-removable or uncollectable, due to the nature of site access or the overall condition of the hot tub.
4. All information and photos supplied by the seller is automatically deleted from our servers after 60 days.
5. All quotes are not under any obligation from both parties involved.
6. Seller has the right to cancel the transaction with 48hrs written prior notice.
7. Sell Your Hot Tub has the right to cancel the transaction with 1 day’s written notice.
8. All sales must be agreed in writing (Emails) from both parties.
9. Seller has the right to cancel the transaction with 48hrs written prior notice.
10. All access routes must be cleared of any obstacles before sell your tub team collects. E.G. bins, brick piles etc.
11. Photos supplied must be no more than 2 weeks old.
12. Payments in full will not be made until the day of collection.
